gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is excited to partner with a well-established company in the Commercial and Industrial industry to find a talented Senior Project Manager.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop project strategies and plans, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and safety measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
To excel in this position, you must possess the following essential job functions :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Commercial and Industrial industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects exceeding $15 million in value
- Extensive knowledge and experience with management controls, including schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality / safety measures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

In addition to competitive compensation ranging from $125,000 to $180,000 per year, the company offers full benefits and an employer contribution to medical, dental, and supplemental insurance.
