Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Multi-Unit Operations Leader to oversee the operations of four Sonic Drive-In locations in North Dakota.
You will be managing the operations of all General Managers and employees within the 4 Sonic Drive-In locations. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins’ employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at Sonic! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, engagement with team members, and a focus on achieving excellent operational results.

Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Development
- Provide leadership and direction to store managers and staff across all locations.
- Mentor and develop management teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent operational standards and procedures are followed at all locations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Engagement and Communication
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with all team members.
- Engage with staff to create a positive and motivated work environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all locations.
- Manage P&L statements and ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all locations.
- Address customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
- Proven experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays as well as travel between locations as needed.
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
- Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
