Job Title : Disaster Recovery Compliance & Documentation Manager

Responsibilities :
- Experience in disaster recovery planning, documentation management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of DR best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in documentation management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Experience with version control and documentation management practices.
- Certification in Business Continuity (e.g., CBCP, MBCP) or related field.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and business continuity practices.
- Update and standardize DR documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.
- Remove redundant or obsolete information and ensure alignment with current business requirements and technologies.
- Ensure all DR documentation complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in disaster recovery planning and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on how to use and maintain DR documentation.
- Assist in the development of training materials related to disaster recovery processes.
- Implement version control procedures to track changes and updates to DR documentation.
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all disaster recovery documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
