Overview :
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Onsite Paraprofessional for the uping 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role involves working directly with students to support their educational and emotional needs.

Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional material and support classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs.
- Monitor and manage student behavior to create a positive learning environment.
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students with special needs.
- Maintain munication with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and challenges.
- Assist with classroom organization and preparation of instructional materials.
- Participate in training and professional development as required.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Must be able to pass background checks and other necessary screenings.
