Now hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager for a warehouse in Brooklyn for 1st shift, 7am 4 : 30pm.
Weekly pay ranging between $17 - $19, depending on experience.
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse while working alongside the Warehouse Manager.
Job Duties :
- Utilize a forklift to load and unload trucks in an efficient and effective manner.
- Inspect both inbound and outbound loads for signs of damage, documenting results.
- Ensure that outbound loads are properly secure to avoid damage during transit.
- Perform routine counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Keep accurate documentation of customer information to ensure proper loads are delivered.
- Provide training to new hires and coaching to existing staff.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Previous Forklift experience is required.
Previous experience in a Supervising role is required.
