Job Title : Radiologic Technologist

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Experience : 2 years of current Radiologic Technologist experience required; travel experience of at least 6 months preferred
License : State medical imaging license required; temporary license available with equivalent state license in hand
Certifications : ARRT, BLS (AHA)
Must-Have :
- 2 years of current Radiologic Technologist experience
- ARRT Certification
- Travel experience (at least 6 months)
Job Description :
- Perform specialized technical duties that involve setting up radiography equipment, positioning patients, and acquiring diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures.
- Work in a variety of settings, including surgery and portable x-ray.
- Handle patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
- Adhere to hospital dress code, with scrubs and / or business casual attire with a lab coat provided.
- Complete non-billable orientation of 8 hours.
- Required to apply for a temporary and permanent state medical imaging license within 24 hours of offer acceptance if not already licensed in the state.
- Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at the time of application. Requests made after this will not be approved.
- Work without scheduling accommodations such as 10 / 12-hour shifts or block scheduling.
- No holidays or weekend work required.
Ensure to meet all profile requirements, including work history, skills checklist pertinent to the position (current to one year), and one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
