HQ in Orlando
Locations : Hold privileges for all locations, currently, 3 locations in Orlando proper, a 4th location coming soon.
Nearby medical centers in Lakeland, Plant City, Leesburg, etc
Visit / locations to view all location options in your area
Shift times include :
- Weekdays 7a-4p 8a-5p 9a-6p 10a-7p
- Weekends Saturdays 9a-3p at Orlando Southchase only
Responsibilities

- Performs medical assessment of Center patients
- Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for center patients
- Maintains clinical core competency
- Assures compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies
- Meets with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conducts workplace walk-through and other on-site assessments.
- Regularly calls client representatives upon seeing employee patients for initial injuries and change of duty status
- In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical staff (. physician assistants, nurse practitioners and back / front office staff) to ensure Concentra’s mission is achieved.
- Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and / or business duties
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Board Certification
- FMCSA NRCME required prior to start date (we provide this CME to those not yet certified)
- Must be able to treat a patient demographic of ages 2 and older, as we do offer full urgent care services to the public
- Proficiency with treatment of minor injuries
- Experienced with minor procedures, such as : suturing, foreign body removal, i&d, eye irrigation etc
- Proficiency with interpretation of xray
- 2 + years of related experience
