If youmeet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Minimum nine months experience as aphysical therapist
- Preferred community / homehealth experience
Required Certifications and Licensures :
- Master'sdegree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physicaltherapist education program
- Currentlylicensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state ofagency operation and compliant with accepted professional standardsand practices
- Must possess and maintain validCPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel toall business locations
