Job Summary
- Provide patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Assist with admissions and orientation of new residents
- Respond to resident needs and maintain proper supplies and equipment
- Complete required continuing education and training
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and transfer patients
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity
