- A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative.Key Responsibilities : Responding to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topicsInterpreting product suites and changes, offering consultative expertise, and maintaining detailed documentationEducating customers on tax implications, benefits, and resolving issues with first-time final resolutionRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : High school diploma or equivalent required;
- undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferredChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable;
FINRA series 6 and / or 26 licenses preferredOne year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupationsKnowledge of insurance products, sales processes, state and local laws, and FINRA rules and regulationsAbility to understand general aspects of plans / contracts and utilize technology to enhance customer interactions
