Pest Control Service Technician

As a Pest Control Service Technician with A-1 Pest Control, you will become an expert in pest management and nuisance wildlife.
We will see to that with great and regular training, including time with leading industry experts in pest control.
As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will make a good living with strong base pay and commissions from selling our services from provided leads.

Compensation and benefits for a Pest Control Service Technician :
- $16 to $18 per hour starting hourly wage; first-year earnings $40k to $60k+
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Requirements for a Pest Control Service Technician :
- Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and / or registrations as required
- Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
- Operate a handheld device for the completion of service orders
- Perform Sentricon treatments and inspections
- Complete termite pretreats
- Performing high-quality pest control for residential and consumer properties

- Have a history of good job attendance
- Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday
- Have a good driving record
- Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Provide references upon request
