Litigation Attorney (Remote / Hybrid)
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a California-based law firm specializing in mass torts and personal injury litigation in its search for an Attorney to support its growing team! This firm is a leader in the pharmaceutical, medical device and dietary supplement litigation space.
This is a direct hire, full-time role to support the Firm's Newport Beach, California offices. The client is open to fully remote or hybrid work so long as the candidate lives in Southern California and is licensed in California.
The Attorney will assist in discovery and motion practice for high-profile cases. An active California Bar license is required and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience, benefits package, and bonuses available.
There is no billable hour requirement as attorneys work on a contingent fee basis.
This is a great opportunity for junior attorneys who want to join a collegial and busy team and also have the ability to be mentored by senior trial attorneys!
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
