About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : N / A Experience : Minimum 3 years required;
5 years preferred. Travel experience preferred. License : Compact or local license in hand; no exceptions. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (via American Heart Association), NIHSS, TNCC required.
CPI preferred. Must-Have : EPIC charting experience, FM Intermediate, IV Start, Triage, Conscious Sedation skills. Job Description : Work 4x12-hour night shifts with no option for 36 hours.
Available for night shifts, weekdays, every other weekend (EOW), floating, and holidays within the contract.- Handle a patient ratio of 1 : 4;
1 : 6 if there are medical / surgical holds.- Provide 1 : 1 care for stroke patients until admission or through the tPA window.
Similar care for STEMI or cardiac arrest cases.- Must have no history of fit test issues as the facility cannot accommodate PAPR.
EKG Testing is required for specific units with a passing score of 80% or higher needed.Orient to the facility with 16 non-billable hours to ensure familiarity with procedures and protocols.
Flu vaccine required with medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
