Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Coursework / Training : Advanced study in area of clinical specialization
- Coursework / Training : Course work in adult education principles
- Coursework / Training : Performance Improvement and research methodology
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of Acute hospital experience in clinical specialty area.
- 1 year of experience in adult education, patient / family education.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ / experience Will accept current enrollment in Master's Degree program.
- Nursing specialty certification within 2 years of hire
