Details for Call Center Representative :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate : $20 / hr
Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representative :
- Process customer orders, service requests, price requests, and returns via live chat, email, and over the phone
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, deliveries, backorders, etc.
- Upsell products when they arise
Job Requirements for Call Center Representative :
- 3 years of recent experience in a call center or sales support role REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation to and from work REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
