The Role Full Time / Part Time Porter
Guardian Service Industries is looking for qualified employees to start working at West Palm, Florida location.
Qualifications :
- All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization.
- Must possess experience in cleaning / janitorial background.
- Basic Painting
- Wall Repair
- Light Plumbing
- Light Electrical and Carpentry
- Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager’s
- Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Cleaning of residential general common areas.
- Mopping.
- Vacuuming.
- Trash removal.
- Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms.
A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.
Salary : $15 / hr.
