Overview : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Dayton, Ohio for the 24 / 25 school year.
The selected candidate will work with students to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ohio SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
State-Specific Requirements :
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Completion of background check and fingerprinting as required by Ohio regulations
