Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our family practice team in Swanton, Ohio.

Responsibilities :
- Address urgent matters promptly; no refills are provided after hours, but urgent issues will prompt provider paging.
- Utilize onsite lab services and MyChart for virtual visits to enhance patient care.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a rural environment.
Qualifications :
- Board-certified or board-eligible as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in primary care is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
