The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assigned program, encompassing design, manufacturing, and construction phases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project goals align with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments to meet goals.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed to support the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or modular building sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience managing budgets and schedules, with the ability to navigate and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, from clients to internal technical teams.
