Qualifications of Ideal Candidate :
- J.D. + license to practice law in Texas.
- At least 5+ years of substantive Trusts and Estates / Fiduciary Litigation experience.
- Confident handling fiduciary lit / probate cases from start to finish mostly on own.
- Self-governed and independent personality.
About the Role / Firm :
- Firm Type : Mid-Size.
- Salary Range : $225,000+
- Position reports to only one Boss / Partner who respects attorney's independence.
- Relevant Office : Houston.
