Job Description : Sales Account Manager

Reports To : President

Classification : Exempt

About the Role : As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties :

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.
  • Present and demonstrate the products or services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals with customers.
  • Provide estimating department with pictures and documents required to prepare bid.
  • Ensure estimates are completed in timely manner by estimating department.
  • Networking both during work hours and periodically after hours while representing the company at designated industry network groups.
  • Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Develop working relationships with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
  • Continued growth with current customer base.
  • Maintaining proper sales reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public.
  • Good computer skills.
  • CRM experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the West Palm / Miami area
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.

Acerca del puesto : Como gerente de cuentas de ventas, estará a la vanguardia de nuestra estrategia de crecimiento, impulsando las ventas y construyendo relaciones duraderas con los clientes.

Su función consistirá en identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, gestionar las cuentas existentes y ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional.

Tarea :

  • Identifique e investigue a los clientes potenciales a través de varios canales, incluidas las redes sociales, las ferias comerciales y las llamadas en frío.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los clientes existentes, asegurando su satisfacción con los productos o servicios prestados.
  • Presentar y demostrar los productos o servicios a clientes potenciales, destacando sus características y beneficios únicos.
  • Negocia ventas y cierra acuerdos con los clientes.
  • Proporcione al departamento de estimación las imágenes y los documentos necesarios para preparar la oferta.
  • Asegúrese de que las estimaciones se completen de manera oportuna por parte del departamento de estimaciones.
  • Establecer contactos tanto durante las horas de trabajo como periódicamente fuera de las horas de trabajo mientras representa a la empresa en grupos de redes de la industria designados.

  • Mantener informes de ventas adecuados.
  • Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y anuales.
  • Completar otras tareas a discreción de la gerencia

Requisitos :

  • Trayectoria comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de techos o construcción
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para articular claramente con varios departamentos y personas.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para representar organizaciones en público.
  • Buenas habilidades informáticas.
  • La experiencia de CRM es un plus.
  • Disposición para viajar dentro del área de West Palm / Miami
  • Preferiblemente bilingüe inglés / español.
