Join our team as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver in Farmington, NM.

Schedule : Full-time and part-time shifts available for AM, PM, and NOC.

Wage : $14.15 / hr & $14.55 / hr after 90 days!

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential, CIHS, CCS, and day programs!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence.

As a DSP, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, / or and assistance with personal cares.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• HS Diploma / GED
• Valid Drivers License
