Responsibilities
- include greeting all visitors; managing all office operational functions including badging and security access, vendor services, mail delivery and phone calls;
- providing assistance for on-site meetings, events and activities; serving as a liaison with the property management vendor;
tracking and replenishing office supplies as necessary; and more.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office , familiarity with CMMS or CAFM systems, and can work in a dynamic atmosphere while managing a wide variety of activities.
