We're looking for an experienced sous chef to lead our back of house team.
This canidate must have 4 years experience as a line cook and 1 year experience managing a BOH team.
Job requirments include quality control of product and menu, scheduling, recieving / checking / placing orders to various purveyors while staying within a weekly budget.
Delegating prep to kitchen staff, turning and examining all prepared ingredients, menu development, training of newly hired BOH staff.
Work alongside the executive chef for menu development, budgeting, food costs, specials, and overall procedure. Compensation Details
