Must live 75 Miles away from facility
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in IMCU / PCU and documents travel experience.

Unit Specifics :
Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp : COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op.
Specialty Equipment-Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo
Required drips & Medications -Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin, Nitro, Cleviprex, Precedex, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Cardene, Dobutrex, Neo all required exception for 1-2 if all others present / competent, just note in your notes so manager can make decision based on what skills are needed most at that time.
Vents : Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist
