A company is looking for a Director of Product, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for the Platform domain, creating a product roadmap that aligns with company goals

Lead and mentor Product Managers, ensuring effective team execution

Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational leadership to deliver features for internal users

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of product management experience in internal tooling and platform product areas in healthcare

1-3 years of experience managing high-performing product managers

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field or equivalent professional experience

Familiarity with enterprise software development and scalable platform building

Experience in startup environments is a plus
