YCS is now hiring a Full-Time Behavior Support Supervisor (House Manager) to service our home Sawtelle Willingboro for individuals who have developmental disabilities.
Duties Include but not limited to :
- To oversee personal assistant staff to ensure they provide quality daily hands-on care and supervision of assigned consumers.
- To assist the Regional Director in the development, updating and implementation of the Individual Habilitation Plans and Essential Life Plans.
- To assist the Regional Director in the coordination and management of Consumer's case; to serve as a liaison between school, home and community.
Requirements :
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED + 3 years DDD relevant experience and / or personal knowledge of developmental disabilities
- OR Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field + 1 year of DDD relevant experience and / or personal knowledge of developmental disabilities
