About This Role :
Responsible for processing member and internal transaction requests through various delivery methods, such as postal mail, email, and mobile.
Additionally, processes account maintenance requests. Supports internal departments by phone and email. This is a fully on site position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Distribute incoming postal and interoffice mail.
- Process internal and external transaction requests, including mobile deposit review. Ensure deposit deadlines are met daily.
- Adheres to check handling policies, procedures, and guidelines; places extended holds where necessary and sends the appropriate documentation to members.
- Provide support to internal departments through phone, email, or other delivery methods.
- Perform maintenance on member accounts as directed.
- Perform research / maintenance on departmental tasks in response to CRM, email, phone, or other inquiry methods.
- Follows all office security procedures and policies.
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Who You Are :
- Ability to review written correspondence and act accordingly.
- Ability to process transaction requests accurately.
- Ability to accurately sort and distribute mail to various departments.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities based on business needs.
- Ability to recognize red flags when processing transactions, maintenance, or other tasks.
- Knowledge of postage machine operation and current postage rates and regulations.
- Ability to organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of projects and duties.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives.
This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and / or experience.
In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
