What You’ll Do :

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and feeding think of it as being the glam squad for the geriatric set!
Take and record vital signs to keep things on point.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents no job is too small when it comes to care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents’ needs are met because teamwork makes the dream work !

What You Bring :

State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio .
A heart full of compassion and kindness because without it, you’re no good to us.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that’s non-negotiable.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment because we can’t all be Rambo.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
