Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare, distribute, and coordinate corresponding sales contracts and associated required forms to complete sales orders.
- Actively cross-sell full breadth and depth of products using knowledge of a full portfolio of products and services.
- Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals for word processing as needed and in coordination with other departments to Companys procedures.
- Review audits of policies, verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
- Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
- Customize insurance programs to suit customers, often covering a variety of risks.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- Must have an insurance license - state transfer will be supported.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in insurance or risk management industry.
- Customer service experience in a similar or comparable work environment, strong verbal communication skills
- Competent in computer use average to above average experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
