- Represent clients in tax-related negotiations and proceedings.
Requirements :
- Admission to practice law in the state.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in tax law.
- Strong understanding of transactional tax matters.
- Familiarity with tax matters related to public finance or tax-exempt organizations preferred.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the State Bar.
