Responsibilities :
- Professional, reliable, and motivated, working with the Operator and General Manager. Run shifts effectively to provide delicious food and excellent guest experience
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
- Protect and contribute to a fun environment
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated passion and leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A great attitude and genuine smiling personality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Sanitation License Certified
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is highly recommended
