How you'll make an impact :

As manager of the unified Team Coco / SiriusXM Video Distribution team, the Director of Video Programming oversees day-to-day video programming and publishing operations at Team Coco, as well as executing all publishing and growth strategy for all SiriusXM-controlled YouTube (and other 3rd party) channels.

What you'll do :

• Executing on and optimizing SiriusXM's 3rd party video distribution strategy
• Growing audiences / subscribers of existing YouTube channels
• Planning and executing new channel launches for SiriusXM podcasts / shows
• Utilizing YouTube analytics to iterate and optimize content strategies and communicating those strategies effectively with individual talent and production teams
• Working with Ad Sales / Partnerships to ensure complete and timely fulfillment of all video ad sales agreements
• Overseeing the day-to-day video publishing operations for Team Coco

What you'll need :

• 10+ years professional editorial / programming experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equal relevant work experience
• 7+ years experience managing people or teams
• Expertise in every aspect of YouTube channel management
• Proven track record of audience engagement / growth on YouTube
• Fluent understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms
• Experience with 3rd party analytics and optimization tools
• Working understanding of podcasts / podcasting
• Working familiarity with popular comedy and sports brands
• Analytics expertise and experience with data-driven strategies
• Basic understanding of video monetization best practices and video ad sales
• Excellent, proven editorial judgement
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the salary range for this position to be $136,800 - $150,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
