Job Title : Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Irvine, CA

Job Summary :
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will apply engineering principles to solve issues related to manufacturing layouts and production processes.
A key part of the role involves reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee production builds, including live work orders and protocols as needed.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents to ensure quality standards are met.
- Verify that records adhere to quality assurance through logs and product specifications.
- Assist in planning work schedules based on worker performance and production capacity.
- Prepare charts and diagrams to showcase workflow and machine utilization.
- Ensure equipment is operated and maintained to meet quality standards.
- Analyze worker performance and equipment used to measure efficiency and fatigue.
- Compile reports to assess compliance with standards or highlight deviations.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports.
