Commercial Attorney - German Licensed

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Fluent in German).

Key Responsibilities

Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs and general sales agreements in the automotive and electronics sectors

Support on SaaS agreements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for procurement

Handle assignments on an ad hoc basis with a 2-3 day turnaround for each matter

Required Qualifications

Fluency in German

Working knowledge of German law

Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts

Ability to work remotely and manage flexible assignments

Prior experience in commercial law, particularly in the automotive and electronics sectors
