What would you do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
As a new Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc., you can expect to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities and routines.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, implementing individualized care plans, and promoting community engagement and socialization.
In this swing shift position, you will work during the afternoons and evenings to ensure the well-being and safety of the individuals in our care.
Expect to collaborate with a supportive team, attend training sessions, and participate in activities that enrich the lives of those we serve.
