Position Highlights
Clinical Responsibilities :
- Provide evidence-based therapy to a caseload of approximately 100+ clients / month (paid sessions only)
- Deliver trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and measurement-based care
- Utilize modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, and ERP
- Participate in monthly clinical consultation groups (e.g., CPT or ERP)
- Maintain timely, comprehensive documentation in the EHR
- Stay engaged in best practices through ongoing clinical development

Required :
Missouri licensure : LPC, LCSW, or LMFTExperience in outpatient psychotherapyStrong foundation in evidence-based and trauma-informed practicesExcellent documentation and organizationPreferred :
Training or certification in TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT, ERP, ACT, or IFSExperience working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and gender identity-related challengesFamiliarity with measurement-based carePersonal Qualities :
