Qualifications :
- Enjoy working on meaningful projects and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interact with clients and bring technical expertise in areas such as water / wastewater, nutrient removal, pumps, pipelines, or water treatment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- 7+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (experience with Access is a plus).
- Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities :
- As a Project Manager in the water / wastewater sector, you'll lead technical design solutions and manage professional teams and projects.
- Manage small to medium-sized planning projects or larger routine projects.
- Coordinate engineers and planning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee project schedules, financial tracking, and adjust team workloads as needed.
- Participate in reviews with governing agencies and contribute to the development of design and contract documents.
- Work closely with business and department managers on project reviews and adjustments.
