Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Manager / Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your insurance sales experience to train and mentor new agents, while managing and expanding our business operations.

Key Responsibilities : Training and Mentoring : Provide training and guidance to new insurance agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.

Share your expertise and best practices in life and health insurance sales. Business Management : Oversee daily sales and metrics, ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities.

Implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
