StevenDouglas is confidentially partnering with a client in the financial services space to bring in an Interim Compensation Analyst.

This candidate will play a key role in projects and company initiatives, and will likely have the possibility for a permanent role.

Must be in office at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and interpret market compensation data, including salary surveys, to inform compensation strategies.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, establishing new roles within a structured job framework.
  • Develop compensation offers, manage promotions, and recommend salary increases based on market trends and internal equity.
  • Provide actionable market data and insights to business leaders, making informed recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales compensation structure, if applicable.
  • Engage in additional HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to expand beyond traditional compensation roles.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market compensation trends, salary surveys, and job structure creation.
  • Proven ability to provide market data and make strategic recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
