Location : Oxnard, California
Are you a Program Manager looking for a leadership role working across complex engineering projects with further career progression and training?

In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of various strategic projects and programs. You will be responsible for implementing a structured product development process and acting as the primary project-specific point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets all project requirements including : scope, cost, and time expectations.

The Person :
- Program Manager
- Background in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, or similar complex manufacturing environment
- PMP Certification
- Bachelor's Degree
