We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. As an independent Commercial Real Estate brokerage, we currently have a small team.
We have enough client leads to get a new agent started, however if you currently hold a license and have existing clients and relationships there is unique opportunity here for you as well.
We are looking to grow our team and would offer the ability for you to be a part of building and growing our small brokerage, should you wish.
Otherwise, if you are looking for somewhere to hold your license and complete a few transactions a year, this could be a fit for you as well.
Additionally, there is opportunity to complete residential transactions with us.
If you are interested in joining us as a newly licensed agent and utilizing our leads, you will work directly with the principal broker and receive one on one guidance and mentoring.
You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Your expertise in customer service, and negotiation skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.
You will have the ability to partner / mentor with several experienced brokers to learn the ins and outs of real estate.
This job would generally be 100% commission based. For new to the market agents, we would consider a starting base salary to get you started, or potentially on an on-going basis for the right candidate.
Tasks
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and inspections
- Collaborate with other professionals such as attorneys, lenders, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Experience in property management or sales is preferred
Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and documents
