Job Opportunity in Columbus, OH / Remote
Join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector as a Developer / Configurator. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in Core Java, OIPA (Oracle Insurance Policy Administration), and Informatica. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in Columbus, OH, with the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather technical requirements for the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration System.
- Develop and prepare technical solutions and documents for complex business requirements and processes.
- Review architectural and technical design documents to develop OIPA transactions and processes using best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and configure the OIPA application to ensure optimal performance.
- Design logical queries for calculations, reporting, and complex formulas.
- Conduct functional gap analysis and participate in design reviews.
- Research and correct defects while identifying standardization opportunities.
- Lead other configurators during project phases and production support.
- Research and evaluate system capabilities for integrating product, service, and technical solutions.
- Implement solutions with REST services and optimize data throughput.
- Support complex deployments and migrations while assessing design implications.
- Identify and implement standardization and consolidation opportunities across the organization.
- Work closely with internal and Oracle development teams to manage issues, requests, and incidents.
- Develop Technical Design Documents and perform code reviews.
- Ensure project artifacts such as estimates, work completed, and task status are maintained daily for effective program management.
