About being our Senior Project Manager - Land Survey

As our Senior Project Manager - Land Survey, you will lead the Land Survey team's operations, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your staff, managing premier transportation projects, including active rail, freeway, and utility projects throughout California.

Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Project Manager - Land Survey

  • Prepare scopes of work, negotiate contracts, prepare presentations and proposals, respond to RFPs / RFQs, and assist with recruitment and lead interviews
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and developing new ones
  • Oversee the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices

Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Project Manager - Land Survey

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible Land Survey experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management

  • A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $145K - $185K / salary depending on experience. Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
