Occupational Therapist NEEDED in Glendale, AZ
Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
Position Highlights : Soliant Education is looking to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a rewarding role in Glendale, Arizona.
This position offers the chance to provide therapeutic support to students in a school setting, helping them develop the skills needed for daily living and academic success.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with various physical, emotional, and developmental challenges.
- Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and track their progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, using a variety of techniques and activities to improve their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and provide professional input on student goals and progress.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid OT license in the state of Arizona.
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
