Using your premium or luxury retail experience and eye for high-level design, you will lead the company’s exclusive premium retail channel sales strategy.
You will be pivotal in driving sales and opening key exclusive retail accounts to showcase this premium brand. Additionally, you will manage the retailer relationships and elevate the brand experience.
What You’ll be Doing :
You will identify tastemaker-exclusive retailers in key cities across the U.S. Including San Francisco, Sausalito, Miami, Nashville, New York, or the Hamptons for exclusive company distribution and sell-in.
Within your first year, you will have a goal of establishing and opening 20-50 key exclusive retail accounts and continually track, monitor, and report results.
You’ll manage customer relationships and be the primary point of contact for new launches.
You will be the champion of the brand and collaborate with retailers to showcase product lines, enhance in-store brand presence, and maximize product placement and promotions.
Curate merchandising strategy and product displays for store layout, product placement, signage, lighting, and promotions.
Evaluate, organize, and attend events and trade shows and continually report on market trends and customer feedback.
Identify improvement opportunities for sales and growth performance.
What You’ll Need for Success :
- 7+ years of Account Management experience in the premium or luxury retail industry
- Must have premium and / or specialty store account experience
- Thrive in a hunter role and have the ability to close sales.
- High-level design taste and an eye for aesthetics.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required, and up to 50% travel may be required
The base salary range for this role is $100, 000 to $150, 000 . This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
