Job Type : This is a temporary role for the duration of a specific clinical-research study (estimated 3-4 months). There may be the opportunity to convert this role into a full-time role, depending on the company's pipeline and the candidate's interest in pursuing a career in clinical research.

Clinical-trial enrollment should accurately represent the broader population. In meeting this objective, we help improve therapeutic efficacy and safety for all individuals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and administer vaccines to study participants according to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Complete all study-specific training modules as provided by study sponsor.
- Maintain daily temperature logs for blood and study drugs.
- Call study participants to inform them of their lab results and ensure proper follow-up care is coordinated.
- Support clinical staff in maintaining and managing study records, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Work closely with the study team to ensure the study timeline is adhered to and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to a positive work environment and ensuring a good cultural fit.
Qualifications :
- Current and valid RN license in New York.
- Previous experience in vaccine administration.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex protocols.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in health or science-related major preferred.
Experience :
- 3+ years' experience as a healthcare professional.
- Vaccines, blood draws, and managing complex patients.
Credentials :
Licensed in the State of NY.
Knowledge and Skills :
