Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care to each patient based upon their individual needs.
This Level 2 hospital is known for providing high quality patient care here in the beautiful Seacoast of New Hampshire. We are looking for a team member who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What will you do in this role :
- Training for specialties- High Orthopedics, General, and Neurology volume
- Training on Robotics- Mako and DaVinci
- Cross trained to all specialties including : Orthopedics, General, Trauma, ENT, Gynecology, Neuro surgery, Breast and plastics, Thoracic, Dental, Colorectal / GI, Urology, and Circulating C-Sections
- Conduct thorough assessments of pre-operative patients
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with our surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe surgical environment for our patients
- Assist in setting up the Operating Room by ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available and in proper working condition
- Implement and maintain strict aseptic technique throughout the surgical procedure
- Provide care, compassion, and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the surgical process
- Remain Up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical technology, nursing practices, and industry regulations with AORN

What qualification will you need :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
- BLS (American Heart Association BLS Provider or American Red Cross BLS)
- ACLS (American Heart Association ACLS Provider or American Red Cross ACLS) within 60 days of hire
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred but not required
