Experience : 6+ months of Customer Service Rep experience
We are seeking a top performer with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
This individual will be part of our Direct-to-Consumer team, serving as the first point of contact with customers. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to continually improving the customer experience.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties include :
Take ownership of the Direct-to-Consumer channel
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Accurately create, edit, and maintain customer information, orders, and invoices
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
Check-in customer vehicles for scheduled product installations
Provide technical assistance and support to customers
Measure customer requirements for specific product orders
Educate customers on product features, benefits, lead times, and pricing
Troubleshoot customer issues and identify potential solutions
Communicate customer feedback and product concerns to relevant departments
Collaborate with other team members to optimize the sales process
Customer Service Representative Minimum Requirements include :
Six months customer service or sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Highly self-motivated with strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Customer Service Representative Preferred Requirements :
Experience with QuickBooks and E-Commerce
Knowledge of manufacturing processes is helpful but not required
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Familiarity with the automotive, outdoor, off-roading, or overlanding industry is a bonus
