Operations : This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security.

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As a Technical Project Manager within the Lunar OPM team, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the integrated Lunar Lander programs build schedules.

You will engage with the OPM and program teams to develop operational resource planning, identify constraints to manufacturing and forecast operational milestones and associated schedule risks.

You will use your technical manufacturing background to understand and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (Lunar Program, OPM and PPC) to guide priorities that support the program and operational needs.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and work closely with OPM managers to plan and meet build and test milestones for MK1 and Mk2 Lunar Vehicles.
• Forecast, establish, and maintain operations schedules and manpower needs.
• Work with PPC to coordinate the operational build schedule to the Lunar Integrated Master Schedule.
• Work with manufacturing engineering to define and prioritize efforts leading to and supporting operations
• Contribute to the multi-year planning for the overall group
• Support upward reporting cadence as needed

Qualifications :

• B.S. Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Management, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry with engagement in program / project management and business management in a development environment
• Experience with planning complex aerospace integrated assemblies
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
• Aptitude for hands-on problem solving, with a passion for space systems
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project or Similar
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.

S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Desired :

• Master’s degree in engineering or project management
• 5+ years’ experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
